Kreatin

The 5g scoop is easy to measure and mixes clear in water, so no weird aftertaste to choke down. I'm about three weeks in and my last few workouts felt noticeably stronger, which is all I really wanted from it. No bloating or extra bulk, just that solid boost.

I've been using this for a few weeks and noticed my recovery time between sets has noticeably shortened. It mixes clear and has zero taste, which is exactly what I wanted from a pure creatine powder.

I was a bit skeptical about adding a supplement, but this powder dissolves instantly in my post-workout shake with zero grit. Noticing I'm able to push through those last few reps more consistently each week.
