プレワークアウト+ - ブルースラッシュ

Mix this with cold water and the blue slush tastes exactly like a melted ice pop, which is wild because I bought it purely for the 300mg caffeine kick. That dose hits hard but smooth—no jitters, just a clean laser focus that carried me through an hour of lifting and another of cardio.

The blue slush flavor is actually delicious, not overly sweet like some others I've tried. I feel the extra pump within 15 minutes of finishing my shaker, and the 300mg caffeine gives me laser focus without jitters.

I was skeptical about the 300mg caffeine hit, but it actually gives me steady energy without jitters. The blue slush flavor is surprisingly smooth and not too sweet, which makes it easy to drink before a workout.
