These little sticks have honestly replaced my mid-afternoon soda habit completely. The cherry flavor mixes up clean in my water bottle and the 200mg of caffeine gets me through the rest of my workday without any sugar crash.

Tore open a pack before my morning workout and mixed it with water—the cherry flavor is surprisingly clean and not syrupy at all. No sugar crash later, which is exactly what I was hoping for. The B vitamins are a nice bonus too.
